Domaine Ste Michelle Champagne Mushrooms

Author: Jill Sharpe
Pin Recipe

These mushrooms come together quick and easy and add a delicious punch to whatever dish you serve them with. I originally made them as a filling for my savory crepe bar, but you can serve these in all kinds of dishes and be creative!

Ingredients

Scale

1 Tablespoon olive oil

3 ½ cups cremini mushrooms, sliced thin

½ cup champagne

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

In a medium sauté pan over medium/high heat add olive oil and mushrooms, sauté for about 5 minutes or until slightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Pour champagne into the sauté pan and reduce for about 3-5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve.

Notes

I really like Chateau Ste Michelle's Domaine Ste Michelle, it's made in Woodinville, WA and is a great local “champagne". You can of course use any Champagne you'd like!
